HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DAD! :-D

Today is dad's 28th anniversary of his 21st birthday! :-) I found a perfect card for him at Wal-Mart last night... on the outside it says "In this birthday card is a message from God:" ... on the inside it says "See you soon!" LOL He thought it was hilarious.

I am currently reading The Cradle Will Fall by Mary Higgins Clark. Excellent story. I am enjoying it immensely.

Last night I went to the contemporary service at Blythe's old church. AWESOME service... they have a new pastor, and it's refreshing and wonderful to hear the Word of God preached there... The music was awesome, and Dad was drafted to play keyboard... A guy that works at Hay's music named Halen was the guitarist and he sang... so did his mom, and there was a drummer and a bassist. Anyway, awesome time, and we will be going back! :-) Plus, more time with Blythe is ALWAYS a good thing for me... ;-) and the snacks at the end were a plus too! ;-P

Tomorrow I have piano and guitar lessons... on the afternoon of Sunday the 24th, I'm going to the play "Once Upon a Mattress" with Blythe. The 26th is our 11 month anniversary, and I pray daily that we'll make it to see our 11th year anniversary and then our 50th... I pray and believe that will happen. :-) I pray Blythe wants that too.

Grandma and Grandpa are coming over sometime soon for Dad's bday dinner... having chili and peach crisp for dessert. Wish Blythe were here... I love her so much!

Gonna go listen to more music...
