Yesterday was AWESOME~!

So, yesterday, I went to UPS and picked up my laptop at 9 AM. I have it networked, and I am sitting in the recliner watching the new Trans-Siberian Orchestra DVD and posting this. I am also working on copying files over from the desktop to my laptop. It is a VERY nice laptop. Even more awesome than I expected. I took it with me on the way to Cape yesterday and installed a bunch of software...

So, last night we went to our first Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert... notice I said our first. I will definitely go see them as many times as possible from now on... It was without a doubt the best show I've ever seen, and I've been to a lot of concerts!! Nothing I've been to can match them musically. The light show was awe-inspiring. They had to have had at $500,000 worth of lighting equipment... strobes, spots, lasers - probably 5x more lighting than I've ever seen in one place... The pyrotechnics were the most impressive I've seen at a concert or event anywhere... it was, I would say, magical... the lights and effects were like none I had ever seen... I plan to go see them the next time they come to Cape or anywhere around here...

I got there DVD and that completes my collection of everything they have out right now...

I'm expecting Mom and Dad to be home any time now... They took Grandma and Grandpa to Memphis for Grandpa's appointment... Aunt Debbie took me to TRCC and picked me up... So, I'm just here copying music from the desktop to the laptop and listening to the marvelous, majestic sounds coming from the Bose! Anyway, I'm going to close this post... I'm done bragging on all my new toys and the amazing-ness of the concert!
