Well, school is over for the day, and I feel much accomplished. I went over a chemisty review sheet in preperation for my last Chem test in highschool. I did well on my Algebra 3... History was interesting... Life is good... Read some more of Salem's Lot. I am enjoying this book immensely! If you like Stephen King, be sure to read this book. I also have the old TV mini-series on DVD, and it's pretty good, though I'm sure I'll never get Blythe to watch it with me! Maybe someday she'll be able to handle suspense/horror... Maybe...
Blythe actually just called me! :-D Sarah H. is there at the house with her... They are recording a Girl Scouts commercial for the radio this afternoon at 4:00, so I won't talk to her again til tonight.
I'm leaving here 4:30ish to head to Jacob H.'s house to jam... We are practicing for a gig later this month. Jacob either has a new amp (I believe he was talking about a nice new Fender), or he got his old one fixed... more details on that later... Anyway, we are going to rock it up tonight at his house. I will be taking my new set of Paiste cymbals... Would take drums, but he says he has a set... I'm anxious to play/hear them... Also anxious to hear the blending of my new Paiste Innovations with his Paiste cymbals... I'm not sure what line he has. Mike will not be playing bass with us this gig - Blythe and I are disappointed at that... Mike's a great guy with a perfectly twisted sense of humor. I'm not sure I know the new bassist, so it will be interesting playing with a total stranger... Hopefully he'll be talented and have some fresh ideas to bring to the table. Unfortunately, Blythe can't come tonight as it is a school night, but we are practicing again tomorrow and she will be accompanying me then. :-D
And since this post is taking way longer than I thought it would, I will bring this entry to a close.
This goes out to all the vegetarians out there:
